2. Booking and Payment
Bookings for activities must be made through the What Next website. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By completing the booking process, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

3. Health and Safety Regulations
All participants are required to adhere to the health and safety regulations set out by the activity provider. It is your responsibility to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the instructor or staff during the activity. Failure to comply with health and safety rules may result in being removed from the activity without a refund.

What Next and its activity providers take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety during activities. However, participants acknowledge that engaging in physical activities may involve risks. By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions and release What Next and its providers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the activity.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to the booking policy for details regarding cancellations. All cancellations are non-refundable except in the case of emergencies, where alternative options may be available.
